Mental Health and Marketing
A big big welcome to Cora Geroux (she/her) from the Teaching Yoga Podcast, who is joining us to talk about mental health and marketing.
Cora speaks about how Yoga Teachers can promote themselves in a way that doesn’t negatively affect their mental health, nor the mental health of their students and followers.
Cora has been working & running businesses in the wellness industry for over a decade. She started teaching group yoga classes, and taught thousands of hours of classes before opening a Registered Yoga School in 2014.
Today, Cora teaches & coaches yoga teachers on business mindset, marketing & strategy so they can lead more fulfilling and profitable careers through her online training Business 101.
Cora is also joining us to speak at the Mental Health and Yoga Summit, starting on 31st of January 2022.
Cora will be speaking more deeply on this topic, so if you’re a yoga teacher or mental health professional interested in yoga, wholeheartedly invite you to join us.

With the growing interest in mental health and yoga, yoga students are attending yoga classes for the mental health benefits in unprecedented numbers.
In fact, 79.4% of yoga students report practicing yoga for the mental health benefits.
It's important that Yoga Teachers know how to support them.
