Banking Confidence Meditation
Running a viable yoga business can be tough and requires a level of confidence to step up and back yourself.
In this video episode, Dr Lauren Tober (she/her) is joined by Yoga Teacher and Business Coach Brook McCarthy to talk about how to become more confident. Brook shares with us her favourite way to increase confidence with Banking Confidence Meditation.
Brook will be joining us for the Mental Health and Yoga Summit starting on the 29th of August 2022 to talk more about mental health for business owners. While few of us become Yoga Teachers to run businesses, the reality of the landscape of teaching yoga is that many of us end up running small businesses, whether we intend to or not! Brook is going to share more about how, as Yoga Teachers running small businesses, we can nourish our own mental health.
The Mental Health and Yoga Summit is for Yoga Teachers who are interested in mental health and Mental Health professionals who are interested in yoga, and we do hope you can join us.
