Finding Quiet

The world is a busy and noisy place.

How do we find peace, quiet, and stillness amongst this busyness?

Join Saraswathi Vasudevan (she/her) in a short meditative practice to discover a quiet location in yourself, from where you can meet the world

Saraswathi is yoga teacher, trainer & therapist in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya. She has 3 decades of study, practice & teaching experience, having studied directly with Sri TKV Desikachar for 17 years.

To make personalised yoga therapy and the transformative & healing wisdom of yoga more accessible, she founded YogaVahini, a Specialised Yoga Training, Therapy & Research Centre, and co-founded Yoga Vahini Foundation. Saraswathi currently serves on the Voluntary Board of Directors of Yoga Alliance.

Saraswathi will be joining us for the Mental Health and Yoga Summit, starting on Monday, sharing about trauma and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

The Summit is especially for Yoga Teachers who are interested in mental health and Mental Health professionals who are interested in yoga, and we do hope you can join us.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Dr Lauren Tober!

As a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher of nearly two decades, I'm passionate about integrating yoga and psychology on the mat, in the counselling room and in the world.

With the growing interest in mental health and yoga, yoga students are attending yoga classes for the mental health benefits in unprecedented numbers.

In fact, 79.4% of yoga students report practicing yoga for the mental health benefits.

It's important that Yoga Teachers know how to support them.

I'm glad you're here.
