Gratitude
Happy World Gratitude Day!
September 21st is World Gratitude Day, a day where we pause and reflect on what we’re grateful for.
Tune into this video episode with Dr Lauren Tober to learn:
- Her personal journey with cultivating gratitude
- The surprising research into gratitude and mental health
- The shadow side of gratitude (one thing to NEVER do with gratitude)
Come join the 7 DAYS OF GRATITUDE CHALLENGE!
It’s super simple, and we’d love for you to join us.
Simply pause throughout your day to take photos of things you’re grateful for, and share them over on Instagram for 7 days using the hashtag #capturinggratitude.
Dr Lauren will be sharing her images over on her Instagram account at www.instagram.com/drlaurentober.
And we’ll be re-sharing some of our favourite gratitude images from the community there too.
Share the gratitude love by tagging your friends, and inviting them to engage in a really positive way on social media (let’s use the social media beast for good rather than evil!).

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Dr Lauren Tober!
As a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher of nearly two decades and the author of Mental Health Aware Yoga: A Guide for Yoga Teachers, I'm passionate about integrating yoga and psychology on the mat, in the counselling room and in the world.
With the growing interest in mental health and yoga, yoga students are attending yoga classes for the mental health benefits in unprecedented numbers.
In fact, 79.4% of yoga students report practicing yoga for the mental health benefits.
It's important that Yoga Teachers know how to support them.
I'm glad you're here.
