L.E.A.P. Method for Connection
In today’s video episode, Yoga Therapist and Psychiatric Nurse Anneke Sips joins us from the Netherlands.
Listen in to hear Anneke talk about the L.E.A.P. method.
Anneke learnt this method in her psychiatric training for working with people with a diagnosis of psychosis, and now brings it into her yoga teaching and therapy for connection.
Anneke has been working in psychiatry since 1998 and is one of the first accredited yoga therapists in The Netherlands. She is also the founder of Network Yoga Therapy, The Bridge online membership and The Yoga Therapy Conference in Amsterdam.
Anneke is one of the amazing speakers who is joining us on the Mental Health and Yoga summit, starting on 31st of January 2022.
We’re going to be diving deeply in the world of yoga and mental health, so if you’re a yoga teacher or mental health professional interested in this world, I wholeheartedly invite you to join us.
