Ella (she/her) is a descendant of the Bundjalung peoples of Australia, and also has bloodlines to Scotland and England. She is a Connection Therapist, Mentor, activist, yoga teacher, creative, and carbon neutral event coordinator, and is passionate about rewilding the world and the feminine force.

Hi, I'm Dr Lauren Tober!
As a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher of nearly two decades, I'm passionate about integrating yoga and psychology on the mat, in the counselling room and in the world.
