What Does Patanjali Say About Mental Health?
Today we’re joined by Saraswathi Vasudevan, from Yoga Vahini in Chennai.
After studying the Yoga Sutras for many many years, Saras will be sharing with us what Patanjali has to say about mental health.
Saraswathi (she/her) is yoga teacher, trainer and therapist in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya.
She has close to three decades of study, practice and teaching experience in this tradition, having studied directly with Sri TKV Desikachar for over 17 years.
She has two Masters Degrees in Nutrition and Psychology from the University of Madras, Chennai, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Yoga Studies from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, and she is the co-founder of YogaVahini, a Specialised Yoga Training, Therapy and Research Centre.
Saraswathi is one of the amazing speakers who is joining us on the Mental Health and Yoga summit, starting on 31st of January 2022.
We’re going to be diving deeply in the world of yoga and mental health, so if you’re a yoga teacher or mental health professional interested in this world, I wholeheartedly invite you to join us.
