What Yoga Students Need During COVID
COVID has dramatically changed the way we teach and practice yoga.
In this episode, Dr Lauren Tober shares three things that your yoga students are really needing right now, including:
- Community and connection
- Nourishing practices when they’re feeling exhausted and anxious
- Guidance to engage a busy, ruminative mind
In this video, you’ll hear loads of practical ways to bring these three components to your yoga classes or private sessions, whether you’re teaching yoga in-person or online.
Thank you for the wonderful work you’re doing supporting your yoga students right now. We know it’s not easy when the world is so uncertain, but it’s needed now more than ever.

It's important that Yoga Teachers know how to support them.
