How I’m Giving Back
Today Dr Lauren Tober is talking about the circle of giving and receiving.
After her hometown of Mullumbimby, Australia was flooded a couple of weeks ago, she’s been contacted by so many of our amazing Mental Health Aware Yoga community asking how they too can give back and help out.
In this video episode Dr Lauren talks about:
- The circle of giving and receiving,
- How she personally has been giving back to her local community during these devastating floods with practical support, money and donating gumboots, undies and socks, and
- How she has been supporting people affected by the floods and providing a way for people to give back in meaningful ways, through her meditation practices.
You can take a look at how Dr Lauren is giving back through yoga and meditation on her website here.
And if you’re in a season of needing to receive, please go ahead and download the meditation practices for free.
If you’re in a season of being able to give, go ahead and download the practices, and instead of paying for them, donate to an organisation or individual or your choice.
