Is Mental Health Aware Yoga Suitable for Psychologists?
In today’s video episode, Dr Lauren Tober is answering a question we get asked all the time about the Mental Health Aware Yoga training.
We’ve been waiting until her new studio was finished before creating any more videos, but it’s taken waaaaaaay longer than expected, so she recorded this in her half-finished studio while the builders were away!
In this episode Dr Lauren talks about:
- When the Mental Health Aware Yoga Training would be suitable for a Psychologist
- When the training wouldn’t be appropriate
- Which parts of the Mental Health Aware Yoga training Psychologists might already know
- Which parts of the training will likely be new for Psychologists, and will build on their existing knowledge of yoga and psychology.
If you’re a Psychologist and a Yoga Teacher, we would love to welcome you to the Mental Health Aware Yoga training.
Registration for this round of training closes on 17th July 2021. Sign up here.
