My very first book, Mental Health Aware Yoga: A Guide for Yoga Teachers is going to be out in the world in just 2 weeks!  This is an absolute dream come true.

And today I’m just delighted to be able to share the first chapter of the book with you, for free!

In this first chapter I do something that psychologists are trained to never do, and that’s to write in the first person and bring yourself into the story!

One of the most common questions I get asked in both podcast interviews and in supervision sessions with psychologists, is how I came to integrate yoga and psychology together. While it’s getting more and more common now, back when I started 20 years ago, I didn’t know anyone who was doing this.
