On Finding Authentic Yoga in India with Amy Landry
Let me introduce you to Amy Landry!
Amy is a senior yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, mentor and podcast host, and takes people on pilgrimages to India to create meaningful memories of a lifetime. What a job!
In this podcast episode, we’ll be hearing about Amy’s introduction to yoga, after finding an ayurvedic quiz online in the early dial-up days of the internet and coming across a yoga DVD in the newspaper, as well as exploring what it means to practice and teach yoga when you live outside of yoga’s source culture.
You’ll also hear Amy’s insider tips on the best places to go in India to experience authentic yoga and Ayurveda, whether you want to go on a yoga study trip, receive Ayurvedic treatments or a holiday to soak up the goodness of mother India.
