Touch and Consent in Yoga
Let’s talk about touch!
In the last few episodes, Dr Lauren Tober explored why some yoga students might not want to be touched, and how we can offer assists in our yoga classes without using touch.
So does this mean that we should never touch our students?
Not necessarily.
But it does mean that we need to respect our student’s boundaries and be conscious in our decision on whether or not to use touch in our yoga classes.
Join Dr Lauren Tober in this latest video episode to explore important considerations if you decide to offer touch or hands-on assists in your yoga classes.
And if you would like to get your hands on (pun intended!) a pack of Consent Tokens, you can find them here.
