Dr Lauren Tober is joined by Ella Noah Bancroft in this latest video episode to talk about overwhelm, capitalism, and mental health.
Ella (she/her) is a descendant of the Bundjalung peoples of Australia, and also has bloodlines to Scotland and England. She is a Connection Therapist, Mentor, activist, yoga teacher, creative, and carbon neutral event coordinator, and is passionate about rewilding the world and the feminine force.
Ella will be joining us for the next Mental Health and Yoga Summit, starting on the 29th of August 2022, sharing about acknowledging country in yoga.

Hi, I'm Dr Lauren Tober!
As a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher of nearly two decades and the author of Mental Health Aware Yoga: A Guide for Yoga Teachers, I'm passionate about integrating yoga and psychology on the mat, in the counselling room and in the world.
With the growing interest in mental health and yoga, yoga students are attending yoga classes for the mental health benefits in unprecedented numbers.
In fact, 79.4% of yoga students report practicing yoga for the mental health benefits.
