What are Consent Tokens?
In today’s video episode, Dr Lauren Tober is talking about all things Consent Tokens.
Consent Tokens are a simple and effective way to communicate consent about touch in your yoga classes or private sessions.
They make it easy to have conversations around consent, to provide a non-judgmental space for students to opt-in or opt-out of touch, and to empower your students to choose (which is no small thing!).
But there are a few key things you need to know if you’re using Consent Tokens, it’s not just a matter of leaving them at the door for your students.
Join Dr Lauren Tober for this video episode to learn our best practice guidelines for introducing Consent Tokens into your yoga classes or private sessions.
This video is part of a series on touch and consent, so be sure to tune into earlier episodes on why students don’t want to be touched, using verbal and visual assists and touch and consent in your yoga classes.
And if you would like to get your hands on a pack of these beautifully designed Consent Tokens here.
